If the users cannot successfully subscribe a headset to the base of these headsets then make sure that both the headset and the base have red XD markings
If the users cannot hear the dial tone in the headset then the following steps must be taken by the users :
Make sure that the headset is fully charged
Male sure that your headsets is subscribed to the base and is setup in order to start using these headsets
If the dial tone is not working user must press the call control button on the headset
If the users are using a headset lifter, make sure that the lifter which is carrying the headset is lifted high enough to operate the hook switch successfully it is still not working lift it to a higher setting
If the user is unable to listen to the dial tone adjust the configuration switch which is present on the base
In order to fix the dial tone fine tune the listening volume through volume controls on the headset
If the dial tone volume is still very low and cannot be heard clearly then adjust the listening volume dial on the base of the headsets.
If the users hear static audio trough these headsets then make sure that there are minimum twelve inches between the base and the computer and a distance of six inches between your base and your telephone set. If you still hear static tone then it means that your headsets is going out of range and move it closer to the base in order to solve this issue.

You must lower the listening volume dial and the speaking volume dial on control panel present on the base. In case of most of the telephones position two fixes this issue.

If people you are talking complain that they are hearing a buzz during the call then it can be also fixed by moving the base away from the phone. If the power supply of the base is plugged in to a power strip then remove it from there and plug it into the wall directly
In case when the headset lifter is installed but it does not life the headset then makes sure that the handset lift power cord is firmly pushed into the jack of the headset lifter present on the base of the headset.
